Program Description
The Residential Audit Program will provide on-site audits to electric and gas customers of the Company. The aim of the audit program is to provide recommendations to customers about ways they can reduce the energy consumption in their homes. Audit recommendations may include suggested behavioral changes, suggestions about implementing low-cost and easy to install energy-saving measures, and suggestions about repairing, upgrading, or replacing larger, relatively expensive equipment or systems. The audit program will be delivered by trained professional where certain measures will be recommended for installation at a later date. In addition, an on line audit will also be made available to customers.
You cannot qualify for an on-site energy audit if you have had one conducted in the last 5 years.

- Hot water pipe insulation
- Low flow showerheads
- Faucet aerators
- Programmable thermostats for gas heating customers
