To pay your bill using our
SpeedPay service you may call the toll-free number
at 1-866-537-9039. Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power's new
SpeedPay service gives you the option to pay your monthly
bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or
by check for a SpeedPay fee.

Pay in person at the Cheyenne Light office during regular
business hours.

By Bank
You may elect to have your bill automatically
deducted from your checking or savings account by signing up
for Paid By Bank. With your authorization,
the exact amount of your bill will be automatically withdrawn
from your checking or savings account each month. You are guaranteed
an on-time payment even when you are away from home. You also
have a 10 day period to stop the payment withdrawal if you question
the bill. You will still receive your monthly bill showing the
amount that will be withdrawn from your checking or savings
account and the bill will have the following message: Your Bank
will pay the Account Balance on the date due. Download and fill out form now

Home Banking
Cheyenne Light accepts electronic
payments from most banks, Internet service providers and other
companies that offer bill payment services to their customers.
For details, contact your financial institution or other online
payment service provider, which may charge fees.

Budget
Billing Plan
Eliminates the ups and downs on
your energy bill. This program makes budgeting much easier.
Monthly billing is based on your average usage each month over
last year.
LIEAP for Low Income Customers
If you are considered low income, you may qualify for Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP). Customers must apply for this program and applications for the 2008-2009 winter season will be available mid-September. These applications will be processed as they are received beginning October 1, 2008 and ending February 28, 2009. To apply please fill out an application by visiting our LIEAP information page. Applications are also available at the Cheyenne Light office or by calling the Wyoming Department of Family Services at 1-800-246-4221.
