  Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power eBill program gives you secure convenient delivery and saves time and money.
  

  • Electronic paperless billing: You are able to access your bill at your convenience through by logging into your Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power online account.
  • Free online payments: Once you enroll in the eBill program and receive email notification that your bill is available, you can use your checking or savings account to pay your bill with NO CONVENIENCE FEES.

• Pay your bill with SpeedPay
  Pay your bill online - If you have the need for speed when it comes to paying your bill, our new billing option is just right for you. Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power's new SpeedPay service gives you the option to pay your monthly bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by check for a $4.95 service convenience fee. • Pay your bill by Phone - To pay your bill using our SpeedPay service you may call the toll-free number at 1-866-499-3943. Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power's new SpeedPay service gives you the option to pay your monthly bill with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by check for a $4.95 service convenience fee.   Cheyenne Light Fuel & Power customers can now pay their utility bills at more than 47,000 Western Union locations nationwide, making paying your bill convenient from anywhere. Western Union is quick, secure and convenient. Note locations are cash only and charge a $1convenience fee for this service

• Pay The Easy Way: Automatic Bank Transfer
  Log in to your account on-line to sign up to pay your energy bill automatically each month with Automatic Bank Transfer, no stamps, no writing checks, and no late fees!! The ABT option is the free and easy alternative to writing a check each month. When you enroll in ABT, your energy bill is automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account on the due date.
  
  We could all use one less thing to remember, so get it and forget it!
