Our History

As the electricity and natural gas supplier to Wyoming’s capital, we have a proud history of service.

Black Hills Corporation acquired us on Jan. 1, 2005. Throughout the ownership changes from Public Service of Colorado, New Century Energies, and most recently Xcel Energy, we’ve always provided customers reliable, dependable natural gas and electric service.
